Yes, it’s quiz the council time again. With a full council meeting scheduled for Weds July 12, residents are invited to post questions to be answered by councillors and officers.

Questions must be maximum 50 words long, and need to be submitted by 5pm on Friday June 30. Full info here:

We have already heard from residents who are going to ask about spend of CIL funds on environmental improvements, and the issue of air quality monitoring in our neighbourhood. Perhaps you have a question about regeneration of our parade of shops, progress of the Plough Lane development, traffic, or the Waterside Way cement plant proposal?

Whatever your issue, now’s your chance to get a written answer at next month’s full meeting of Merton Council. And yes, as ever, we will be looking out for any issues of local relevance that are raised.
